In the eyes of the world, Mexicoo City is seen as a vast Pandora´s Box containing all the evils of the urban world. Looking closer, however, one can see that in the course of their daily struglle, the city´s inhabitants, architects and urban planners come up with solutions that respond to the challenges of their city to varying degrees. The Citambulos, an urban research collective, present the everyday life of Mexico City through their interdisciplinary and experimental approach, and make a significant contribution to the global debate about mega-cities.
