Graphite

»Graphite« by german visual artist Marthe Krüger (*1980 in Hamburg) shows digital photographs of analogue c-prints.

These analogue pictures again show different views on still-life-like installations made of monochrome graphite drawings on paper. The three-dimensional space of the installation is being flattened and made into pictures by means of photography whereas the analogue prints are being treated as objects which are being mounted upon each other.
