Somewhere

Somewhere is a photography book that takes us on a journey in the most concrete and abstract sense of the word.

The photographs were taken in different locations around the world as varied as Norway, Ukraine, Namibia, and Mexico. The book is both a mediation on the magical qualities of each place, and an experiment in visual narrative.

Somewhere will be a quiet and contemplative book, but without losing a strong grounding in the real world. It's been designed as a gentle, yet outspoken object, by award winning Dutch designer Sybren Kuiper (-SYB-).
