The publication is developed as a reflection on books as archives of touch. Visiting our local public library, the Philipp Schaeffer Bibliothek in Berlin, we checked out a selection of books that caught our attention. Bringing them home, we took photographs of handling and reading the books, which we then printed out and inserted back into the books. Following this, we returned books to the library with these hidden pages added.

Handmade is an ecstatic archive of synthetic handmade Artist’s books. Sequenced in no particular order, the project searches for meaning in the future tense through time, text, and touch. Using a combination of images and descriptions, the book chronicles not only a series of material proposals but also a visual discussion between the authors.
Constructed entirely from text to AI generated images, the book works with collage at the granular level, speculating on what the form of a book might become when drawn from an impossibly broad archive of digital images.

This selection directly presents the drastic daily worlds of everyday life in Mexico. Violence, corruption, sexist everyday acts. El Desplazamiento, published by Taller de Ediciones Económicas, features a visual poem dedicated to the Sonoran desert. It follows a path to nowhere. The spectrum beyond poetry is shown by the trash fanzine of the Joc Doc collective with the story of two drunken murderers in Mexico City. The pornographic collages of
